Summer is heating up with Calor and Irish Pride!

Summer wouldn’t be summer without Irish Pride Bunsters Buns. Throughout the summer we have teamed up with Irish Pride with a tasty offer of a Calor Mini BBQ, BBQ utensil kit and Irish Pride Bunster Hamper selected by Irish Pride each week until the 19th August to a lucky BBQ fan across Ireland. 3 weekly runners up will receive a BBQ utensil kit and an Irish Pride Bunster Hamper.

We have recieved some amazing recipes so far including this winning recipe from Carlos Navotka with his recipe Carlito's Buenos Aires Bunster.



  • 1/4 pound of Fillet steak per burger
  • 20g Oregano 
  • 20g Parsley (20 grams) 
  • 20g Paprika (20 grams) 
  • 1 pinch of Dried Garlic
  • White white vinegar 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Salt


To make  Chimichurri (Argentine BBQ Sauce):

1. Mix the parsley, oregano, paprika and garlic in a bowl. 

2. Add 5 drops of vinegar, a pinch of salt and 40ml of lukewarm water. 

3. Mix all and wait 15 minutes to add 40 ml of olive oil. 

4. Rest for one hour (the sauce, not you!)

To cook the Steak:

1. Grill the steak fillet for 5 minutes each side (well done) or to your taste.

2. Place the steak on a Bunster and spread chimichurri over the beef. 

3. Eat, then make another because you will definitely want to!
