Employee Engagement

At Calor, we recognise the importance of proactive and two way engagement. We survey our employees regularly and ensure that their feedback is listened to and addressed, and with the support of our Employee Taskforce driving key actions, in collaboration with Calor’s Senior Leadership Team.

Through our internal employee communications hub, regular company and CEO communication updates, communication roadshows and supporting employee charity initiatives, our aim is to ensure that our workforce is engaged, listened to and feels proud to be a part of the Calor family.

Safety, Health and Wellbeing

Safety is at the heart of our workplace strategy and we have created a culture which promotes health, safety and wellbeing for all of our employees. Our Occupational Health and Safety program incorporates mental and physical health, work safety, stress reduction and promotion of wellbeing. 

We offer access to an Employee Assistance Program and health insurance support. We promote healthy lifestyle choices by supporting weight loss programs, team building events, providing healthy food options at our subsidised canteen and offering free meditation classes. 

We conduct ergonomic assessments at our workstations and provide the necessary equipment to employees to work safely from the office or home.
