We have moved to a paperless billing system. Your invoices are now sent directly to your registered email address and are also available to view and download through your My Calor Gas account.
Your gas tank levels can be viewed through your online Portal. Please note that these readings are not live and are intended to provide a general indication of the gas remaining in your tank. The displayed level should be used as an estimate only.
Industry standards and safety guidelines are regularly reviewed and updated. As a result, your tank installation must comply with current requirements, even if it has been in the same location for many years without previous issues.
Our Bulk Gas Tanks are large fixed installations at your property, while gas cylinders are smaller portable containers used for gas supply. Knowing which product you have is important and helps us direct your enquiry to the correct team.

We have customer service teams based in both Belfast and Dublin so depending on your enquiry, account or delivery, you may receive a call or message from either a Republic of Ireland (00353) or Northern Ireland (028) telephone number. There are genuine Calor communications and may be sent regardless of whether you are a customer in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
We send annual reminders to our Bulk Tank Customers to explain who is responsible for maintaining different parts of their gas installation. This helps to ensure that your gas system remains safe and compliant.

After installation of a Bulk Tank is complete, it is our customers are then responsible for maintaining the pipework equipment and gas appliances, and for ensuring that an annual gas safety check is carried out by a Registered Gas Installer (RGI) in the Republic of Ireland or a Gas Safe Registered Engineer in Northern Ireland.

Yes, if you own pipework and appliances connected to your bulk tank, it is your responsibility to arrange an annual gas safety inspection with a qualified Registered Gas Installer (RGI) in the Republic of Ireland or a Gas Safe Registered Engineer in Northern Ireland.

The portal currently supports one username and password per account and does not offer separate user logins or access levels. If multiple people need access, users must share the same login details. All users will have the same permissions including viewing bills, making payments and updating account information. If multiple accounts are linked, you can switch between them after signing in.
Calor Telemetry is a remote tank monitoring system that monitors the gas level in your Bulk Tank. It provides tank level readings to Calor to support delivery planning and Automatic Top up. Where Calor Telemetry is required for your supply arrangement, it forms part of the service and does not need to be separately requested by the customer.

There are a number of benefits including:

  • Remote monitoring of your tank levels
  • Automatic Notifications to Calor when your tank requires a delivery
  • Reduced risk of your tank running low or running out of gas
  • Improved delivery planning and supply reliability
You can view your last read tank levels on your My Calor Gas Account. For eligible Commercial customers, automated telemetry reports can be sent to a nominated email address .Depending on your business requirements these can be provided daily or weekly where possible giving you greater visibility of your gas usage.

Customers in Northern Ireland are supported by Calor Ireland for all account enquiries, gas orders, deliveries, and customer service. While some customers may be directed to the Calor GB website or phone line through online searches, Northern Ireland customers should contact Calor Ireland, as Calor GB cannot assist with Northern Ireland accounts.
Calor Ireland serves customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Calor GB serves customers in England, Scotland, and Wales.
