Of all the many benefits of being a Calor customer, your choice of simple payment options is one of the more welcome ones. While Direct Debit is the most convenient (it means you don’t have to remember to pay your bill on time), you can also pay your bill by telephone, by post, or online here.
By telephone
Simply call our Customer Support Team on 1850 812 450 (ROI) or 028 9045 5588 (NI) and they will be happy to process your Debit/Credit Card payment and help with any bill enquiries you may have.
By post
When your bill is due for payment, send a cheque/postal order/bank draft to: Calor Gas, Long Mile Road, Dublin 12 (ROI Customer) or Calor Gas Northern Ireland, Airport Road West, Sydenham, Belfast BT3 9EE (NI Customer)
To help us process your payment promptly, please write your Calor customer account number clearly on the back.

You can now manage your account online at www.mycalorgas.com. View and pay your bills, check your balance, view transactions, edit your personal details, order gas, register for paperless billing and submit meter readings at a time that suits you.
Calor EasiPay Plan – the simple choice
If you’d like to spread your Calor Gas bills evenly over the course of a year, you’ll love the Calor EasiPay Plan. Once you sign up, we collect a fixed amount from your bank account via Direct Debit once a month. This allows you pay for your full year’s supply of Calor Gas and standing charges in twelve equal monthly payments, and means that you’ll always know what you’ll be paying well in advance, while making peak winter fuel bills a thing of the past.
To register for EasiPay today, simply contact us on 1850 812 450 (ROI) or 028 9045 5588 (NI) and we’ll agree your monthly payment amount. After this, we will send you an application form including your Direct Debit Mandate, for you to complete and return to us.
